Springco was established in 1954. We have nearly 60 years’ experience in supplying specialist spring solutions, Springco can design and manufacture all types of springs for almost any application.

Springco manufacture and supply compression, tension, torsion, flat springs, wireforms as well as a wide range of miscellaneous springs in exotic metals specialising in nickel and cobalt alloys. Our wide customer base includes aerospace and space, offshore and sub-sea industries, medical, defence, valve manufacturing, renewable, power and nuclear sectors plus general engineering.

Our extensive knowledge in high and low temperature applications gives our customers the confidence that the spring solutions supplied will suit their specific requirements.

Springco are fully approved to AS9100 Rev C and ISO9001 which is essential for the many demanding industry sectors we currently supply.

Technical Metals Group

The Technical Metals Group consists of Springco and Technical metals, who are based in Newtownards, Belfast, Northern Ireland.
Technical Metals was established in 1984 and taken into private ownership in 1995 when it expanded its activities to include Anodising, Decorative Finishes, Bead Blasting and CNC machining of Aluminium parts. As part of the continued growth of Technical Metals they acquired Springco in 1999 to compliment and add to their range of products and services to local and international companies. As a group we can offer our customers a ‘one stop shop’ for all their manufacturing and finishing requirements.
